Community
A movement built around ownership, participation and aligned incentives.
Unlike most Web3 communities, which are often little more than a discord server or an NFT-gated forum.
R0AR community is a sovereign, self-coordinated network of users, builders, and strategists who shape the protocol's future through on-chain participation, token alignment, and shared belief in decentralized intelligence. At the heart of this community is the R0AR Country Club, a governance layer that formalizes influence and rewards contribution. Membership is credentialed via Executive R0AR Society (ERS) NFTs, which unlock voting rights, access to internal tools, early proposals, and simulation environments.
We don’t believe community is built through hype cycles or leaderboard gimmicks. It’s built through shared stakes, transparent infrastructure and a protocol that actually listens.
Presently, governance is structured across two core layers:
1. Platform Governance
Every holder of $1R0R participates in the broader economic and directional decisions of the protocol.
These include but are not limited to:
Emission schedules and staking incentives
Platform fee structures and revenue distribution
Risk thresholds, smart contract upgrades, and liquidity provisioning logic
Long-term product roadmap suggestions and community proposals
2. R0AR Country Club (RCC) Governance
Accessed exclusively by ERS NFT holders, the RCC is designed as a high-context council.
Through RCC governance, NFT holders can:
Propose new protocol modules
Allocate treasury funds to grants, partnerships, and audits
Coordinate early testing for AI tools and on-chain governance mechanics
Initiate off-chain working groups that push ecosystem expansion
As new products are shipped and new AI capabilities unfold, the governance framework will evolve to include voting on funding proposals, treasury strategy, emissions, partnerships and feature prioritization.
When governance is done right, it becomes a living form of intelligence.
